3. Orders and Delivery

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or when we ship the goods to you.

Delivery is made within Canada. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days from payment receipt.

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are displayed separately.

5. Return Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

All goods from our shop are covered by statutory warranty rights. The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

In case of defects, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and in accordance with product liability law. For minor negligence we are liable for damages arising from injury to life, body or health of persons.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on our website. You will be notified by email of any material changes.

11. Governing Law

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
