Return Rights

Our return period is 30 days from the delivery date. After this period we regret that we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

We accept returns for products that were shipped by us and when the item is defective due to our error (e.g. wrong item or inferior quality). Items must be returned together with the purchase receipt.

Certain types of goods are excluded from returns:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email of the receipt of your returned item. At the same time we will inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected.

Upon acceptance of the return, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method. This typically occurs within 5-7 business days.

  2. Wait for our confirmation with the return information
  3. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging
  4. Include the purchase receipt
  5. Ship the package to the specified return address:
